Nurses Aid C.N.A. / C.H.H.A.
Requirements: At least one year of home health experience, in addition to:
C.N.A. / C.H.H.A. – Minimum of one year full – time experience as a nurses aide within the last 3 years.
Must have Certified Nursing Aide and/or Certified Home Health Aide certificate. Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, driver’s license, physical and TB test within the last 6 months and 2 references from previous employers
Registered Nurses Private Duty
Requirements: at least one year of home health experience, in addition to: a minimum of one year of full-time experience as a professional nurse within the last 5 years
Prefer facility (hospital, nursing home, rehab facility) experience. High tech/good IV skills!
Occupational/Physical/
Speech Therapists
Requirements: must possess your own auto insurance, CA License/ID., malpractice insurance, current CPR, physical & TB test within the last 6 months, Social Security card or passport.
Must turn in paperwork timely and contact office for authorization for follow up visits.
Prefer home health experience but willing to train.
