 Registered Nurses - Private Duty   Ancillary Services:
Occupational Therapists

Requirements:  At least one year of home health experience, in addition to: 

C.N.A. / C.H.H.A. -  Minimum of one year full - time experience  as a nurses aide within the last 3 years.  Must have “Certified Home Health Aide”  certificate. Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, driver’s license, physical and TB test within the last 6 months and 2 references from previous employers

Requirements:  at least one year of home health experience, in addition to:  a minimum of one year of full -time experience as a professional nurse within the last 5 years. High tech/good IV skills!		 Continuity Care Home Nurses  needs both part time and full time staff who will sign on as independent contractors. 

Requirements: must possess your own auto insurance, CA License/ID., malpractice insurance, current CPR, physical & TB test within the last 6 months, Social Security card or passport.  Prefer home health experience but willing to train.
